Innocenti Cabrio 1.3

Stigao novi clan porodice, i to potpuno neplanirano  U pitanju je Cabrio 1.3 radjen za italijansko trziste, '92. god, u prilicno zapustenom stanju, sa nepoznatom kilometrazom, na satu pise 70 hiljada, ali sat nije original, od starijih Yugica je. Ono sto je presudilo je 1.3 motor, petostepeni menjac i prilicno dobra limarija za to stanje i cenu od 250e, a posto sam oduvek zeleo Cabrio, resio sam da ga uzmem. Umesto originalnog Magneti Marelli elektronskog razvodnika i Webera 30/32 DMTE, na njemu je obican razvodnik stari tip sa platinama i jednogrli IPM 32 MGV 12, sto je vrlo brzo da leti u kantu. Plin nije upisan u saobracajnu, sto je prednost, jer ce i on da leti u kantu. U planu su dve opcije, ili rasturanje u delove, ili sredjivanje kad bude finansijskih uslova za to, ali ja pre za ovo drugo, jer je dobra osnova, i steta je rasturiti ga. Pored razvodnika i karburatora, od originalnih delova nedostaju sedista i trokraki sportski volan od Innocentija, sto cu malo teze naci. Fabricka boja je bila ona Zastavina metalik plava, a sada je plava tamna metalizirana 5D kako pise u saobracajnoj, iako nije videla metaliziranu    ali imam u planu da ga vratim u fabricku boju. Jeste zapusten, ali je dobra osnova, nema puno posla ni oko limarije, ni oko mehanike, vise estetski.

Malopre sam mu merio kompresiju, i s obzirom na nikad otvaran, 23 godine star DMB sa nepoznatom istorijom, odusevio me, iskreno nisam ocekivao preko 8, tako da sam definitivno resio da ga sredjujem

To sam i ocekivao, moj je takodje imao odlican motor, ocigledno da su ti motori bili zesce kvalitetni, a i u prilog im ide sto su verovatno bili drugi auto.

Resio sam da skinem branik da ga sredim, nisam mogao vise da ga gledam kako visi. Visio je zato sto je falila sina, a originalnu GVX sinu cu naci malo sutra, pa sam resio da napravim nosace od lima i L profila, sad stoji savrseno ravno i nema da mrdne, usput sredjene i neke sitnice oko struje, rucice na vozacevim vratima i tako to, proveravao sam trap i kocnice, sve je u odlicnom stanju, bez lufta, amortizeri novi LIP Hydramax (lipov ku*rac    ), diskovi, plocice i creva takodje. Jos nisam presao na ciscenje i pranje, tako da je kao prase, ali to se najlakse sredi, idemo redom...

Sipao sam juce benzin i upalio ga prvi put posle dve nedelje, motor radi jako lepo, pali na pola kljuca, prima gas extra, ventili bi trebalo da se nasteluju, i menjac se cuje na leru kao da mu fali ulje, ali sredicu to. Sto ga vise rasturam, vidim da nije toliki krs kako sam mislio xD

Sredjivao sam i danas neke sitnice, luft u poluzi menjaca, zakacio auspuh, sredio levi bocni zmigavac, ostalo mi jos da isturpijam krilo da ga ubacim jer su dijabolci sekli zabicu i lepili zmigavac silikonom
Uzeo sam iz zezanja da ispoliram deo haube nekom pastom od pre 20 godina i ispalo je prilicno dobro, samo sto je lose ofarban, ali kaze drugar da ce moci masinski to da se sredi

Doslo prolece, poceli radovi

Probudjen iz zimskog sna, uz par sekundi verglanja upalio iz prve posle par meseci, s obzirom na PTZ mehanicku pumpu (poserem se na nju xD )

Za pocetak skinute koralke koje idu na sredjivanje, a na njih ce biti nabacene BF Goodrich letnje gume koje mi je poslao drugar.
Stavljene celicare sa odlicnim TG 621 gumama i ratkapnama, i tom prilikom utvrdjeno da su novi amortizeri, creva i plocice, ali su zato diskovi katastrofa, desni ne toliko, ali je levi mozda 5mm :zid  i to ce biti sutra zamenjeno.

Zatim je sredjena salterica koja je bila puna lufta, a i jako strucno uradjenja (vidi slike xD )     i to je ovako ispalo



Onda se preslo na struju, posto je bila gomila nekih dodatno postavljenih zica, a zica za prednje pozicije nigde nije bilo, pa sam ih pronasao, sredio i ocistio mase, zamenio papucice, izbacio visak zica i povezao sve to, tako da sve od elektrike radi. Takodje, stavljeni 21. oktobar farovi sa Osram Silverstar sijalicama.

Konacno, danas je auto registrovan i provozan nekih 30-tak km, posle kratke probe u ulici ovo mu je prva voznja od kad sam ga kupio i zapazanja su sledeca:

- kad sam krenuo gusio se malo i stucao na drugo grlo, medjutim posle par gasa je sve bilo ok, verovatno zato sto nije vozen dugo
- prva 2-3 skretanja krckao je desni homokineticki, to znam od pre, ali je posle sam od sebe prestao, ne znam na koju foru xD
- na trapu je odlican, utegnut, ide pravo, pustim volan, ne vuce nigde, mota se kao servo, sve dlanom, terao sam ga 140, nista ne trese, ne vuce, sve extra
- menjac odlican, ne krci nista i salta se extra, bez greske
- vuce prilicno dobro, slabije od crvenog, ali za 1.3 odlicno, potezao se sa drugarom, on ode, ja slajfujem u mestu, ne moze da sastavi xD, ali ga posle stizem i prestizem    
- na 80 u drugoj i 120 u trecoj ostaje bez goriva, samo zabode nos, mrtva ptz pumpa (opet se poserem na nju xD )
- temperaturu drzi nesto ispod pola i ne mrda ni gore ni dole, sto je u principu ok, tu i pali ventilator, moguce da je 82/68 termoprekidac, ali nisam primetio da nesto dugo radi, i ne obara previse temp
- kocnice mora da radim sutra, osecam ga na volanu zanosi u desno pri ostrom kocenju i trazi prilicno veliku silu za kocenje ili sam ja navikao cim pipnem da koci xD sve mora da mu udaram kontru volanom u levo kad kocim ostrije

Sve u svemu, pozitivno me iznenadio, ima sitnica koje ce se u hodu resavati, bitno mi da bude 100% mehanicki ispravan, a posle se prelazi na estetiku, za sad je to manje bitno, sto se vidi i po tome da od proslog leta nije opran xD
Inace, kupljen je nov prednji branik, ostatak plastika ide u crno, i tako, idemo dalje
